  • Before finding bodybyberdina, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations?

    My struggle was 100% lack of motivation and cravings as this still affected me throughout this challenge. I love bad food and a lot of it. I was eating McDonald’s multiple times a day for months, the convenience of it didn’t help, doing this affects my mood, energy and overall interest in health and anything around me. It became a habit that was hard to snap out of.

  • What goals did you want to achieve through the 8 week challenge and how did bodybyberdina help you get there?

    I wanted to prove that I could complete a challenge and do well! I have never been able to do this before, paying hundreds of dollars but never sticking to the programme. I found BBB on Instagram scrolling through fitness posts trying to motivate myself into going to the gym with my partner, I was blown away by the before and after photos and immediately fell in love with this physique and lifestyle. I looked further into the client progress photos and again was blown away and convinced that this programme would really work for me. 

  • Can you tell us a bit about your diet, what you enjoyed the most from your nutrition?

    I just loved the simplicity of the meals! This really helped me stick to the programme and what an absolute bonus that the meals were tasty!!

  • Would you recommend the meal plans?

    My meal plans were always tailored to my taste and gym goals. Plus I loved the taste of all my meals which made me fall in love again with cooking! I used to struggle with binge eating and horrible dieting cycles where I would punish myself if I missed a workout or over ate.


    But Berdina taught me that life has challenges/celebrations/events and that the most important thing after falling off track is to reset the next day and get back to my routine.

  • When did you first start seeing results?

    Surprisingly after the first week. I was just so excited to be taking my first serious step into my fitness journey which I have been promising myself for years. I was so consistent and I felt a huge difference in my mood and energy. Tight jeans already looser!

  • What is something you learned with Berdina?

    I learned not to overthink things and to keep things simple such as walking every day, using whole foods in my meals, connecting with loved ones and to simply move my body every day. These small changes helped me lose almost 10kg and I couldn't be happier. I went from a size 10/12 down to a size 8/6

  • What was your favourite part of the program?

    The app, oh the app is so cool. So easy to keep track of everything! But I also loved that I felt I could reach out if ever I needed to and when I did the replies were always so quick, lovely and so helpful and motivating.

  • How did you feel after finishing the program?

    I would love to say incredible but I really doubted myself. I wasn’t happy with how I did despite the visible results. But you really held the mirror to me and I’m so thankful because I am so proud of myself now. I feel like I owe it to that part of me to keep going with this journey and show what I can really achieve. This programme will change my life.

  • What stood out for you during the program?

    What really stood out, though, was her support. I've never struggled with motivation or discipline - I love training, I understand macros, and I actually enjoy eating clean. But I do get in my head about weight and appearance, and Berdina was such a positive, steady presence, keeping me grounded and reminding me to trust the process. She's that rare mix of knowledgeable coach and genuinely supportive person - pushing you to be your best while making sure you actually feel good about it. 


    Beyond all that, she's a strong, positive female role model. She leads by example, shows up for the people she works with, and encourages you to own your strength in a way that feels empowering, not forced. I'm really glad I chose to work with her. 

  • What value did the check-ins offer?

    The fortnightly video check-ins with Berdina helped me feel accountable but also allowed me to ask questions that I might be too shy to ask over text lol. I also really loved having had some gym sessions with Berdina herself

  • Where the workouts difficult?

    The workout programming was basic. I don't mean that negatively, I mean it in a way that most lower body days had similar movements but even though the workouts were simple they were effective!!

Guilty of following so-called 'detox' diets, teas, slimming shakes and other strict all or nothing diet programs that were neither sustainable or effective to begin with. Constantly feeling sluggish, labelling foods as 'good' or 'bad', avoiding carbs at all costs and beating myself up for treats. I was never reaching my fitness goals! I struggled to make long-lasting changes to my physique leaving me constantly demotivated towards fitness. 


This whole yo-yo style dragged down my confidence level and body-image. As the years went on I came to discover the importance of creating a healthy, balanced, sustainable relationship with fitness and food. The correct nutritional balance is the fuel your body needs to look and feel its best! I created a balanced lifestyle that I could actually enjoy and stick with while at the same time achieving the consistent steady results I once only ever dreamed of!


I now enjoy ALL foods in moderation and have built up a healthy metabolism. Do less boring time-consuming cardio sessions. Love my strength and take more rest days. If you're feeling shy about any part of your health journey, you're really quite normal! In fact I don't think I've ever met or trained anyone who hasn't felt this way!   • How do I receive the program?

    The programs, community chat and features are available for you to access through my website on the members only section or on the BBB App on your mobile phone after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program ready for you within the next two days!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, results take some time, consistency and habit building. This is so you can continue pushing for progress over time. Sustainable results take time. You will be on a monthly based program with everything re-assessed and updated by me each month to ensure continued progress towards your goals. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the meal preferences of your choosing. Plus you have continuous and unlimited support from myself whenever you need me via my email inbox. You are not tied in and you can cancel at any time.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    I can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    Yes!!! It's best for you! Your workouts will be entirely tailored to you and your goals. If you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with a sensible and effective program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up. Stay consistent but don't expect perfection from yourself. Build the habit and just keep going girl! xx

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations or exercise programming, and changes in your food plan. The food plan particularly needs to be monitored and updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to keep making progress. The body is adaptive.
