  • How do I receive the program?

    The programs, community chat and features are available for you to access through my website on the members only section or on the BBB App on your mobile phone after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program ready for you within the next two days!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, results take some time, consistency and habit building. This is so you can continue pushing for progress over time. Sustainable results take time. You will be on a monthly based program with everything re-assessed and updated by me each month to ensure continued progress towards your goals. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the meal preferences of your choosing. Plus you have continuous and unlimited support from myself whenever you need me via my email inbox. You are not tied in and you can cancel at any time.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    I can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    Yes!!! It's best for you! Your workouts will be entirely tailored to you and your goals. If you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with a sensible and effective program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up. Stay consistent but don't expect perfection from yourself. Build the habit and just keep going girl! xx

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations or exercise programming, and changes in your food plan. The food plan particularly needs to be monitored and updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to keep making progress. The body is adaptive.
